It is that time of the year where everyone is starting to work on new year resolutions. For most people this usually involves weight loss goals. There is always this big idea that we are going to exercise everyday and go on a vegan, sugar free, gluten free, low carb diet! Let's get real here, no one can actually stick to that and these kinds of resolutions set us all up for failure.
