The first plan is great for those just starting out. You can commit to your fitness level. So here’s the breakdown:

If you’re looking for something less hands-on but more intense, try our second plan, the January Jumpstart! This option includes:
$30 for a two-week program
Working with Trainer Kristen on nutritional and fitness goals that will stay with you for a lifetime
You will complete a daily Trainer Kristen 20-30 minute video
These videos include a mix of Cardio/HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Pilates, and yoga!
Setting a daily step goal based on your lifestyle
Between 6,000 and 12,000 steps (1 mile = 2,000 steps)
Removing sugar for week 1 and gluten for week 2
Once you pull the trigger and officially sign up, you will have exclusive access to the private TK Challengers Forum – a community of challengers that virtually meet and inspire one another. And of course, you will receive a healthy food list and a Challenge Checklist!
