Get Relief From Aches And Pains with ART!

Active Release Technique or ART is the gold standard of soft tissue treatment for sports injuries. injured muscles, ligament, fascia, tendons and nerves all respond extremely well with Active Release Technique treatment. What separates ART treatment from conventional massage or muscle work, is the precise directed tension and the very specific movement to ensure the smooth movement of tissue, the directed breaking up of scar tissue and the ability restore function with minimal treatment time.

Dr. Asa Hadsell is SFMA's Physical Medicine Doctor and he specializes in ART!

Every ART session is actually a combination of examination and treatment. He uses his hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements.
These treatment protocols - over 500 specific moves - are unique to ART. They allow Dr. Hadsell to identify and correct the specific problems that are affecting each individual patient.

In the link below, The Nagging Doctor goes into detail on how this technique works!
