She is amazing. I was seeing a specialist who made me feel horrible about myself and it was not looking good regarding my health until I went to see Kelsey. I spoke with her and she took the time to listen to all my concerns. She put it out on the table what her plan was and was honest of what lay ahead to a better health. My journey has been long but amazing. She was there to keep encouraging me. Today I feel positive that my health improved and my spirits are high. When I see her she reminds me that I am strong and to continue my fight. I’m not alone and with continued care, I look forward to spending time with my loved ones for years to come. Thank you Kelsey for not discouraging me and being my positive guidance.

Nurse Reisch was the BEST! She listen, she didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed. She gave me suggestions on things I should try at home. I wasn’t limited to one or two concerns with her. We spoke about all my concerns and all of them are currently being addressed.

She always takes such incredible care of me! You can truly feel her warmth & her passion. She takes such thoughtful care of listening to her patients and going above and beyond to make sure they leave in a better condition than when they arrived. Such an honor to have her as my doctor. God bless!

Dr. Thapar is the best Dr. ever, she is very knowledgeable, patient and will listen to all of your concerns. I am glad that I was referred to her, I was hesitant at first because she was a new Dr for me, but I am glad that she's my PCP and I am not going anywhere else.

I recently started using Southwest Family Medicine and had an excellent experience. I saw PA Kelsey Reisch, and she was incredibly attentive, thorough, and easy to talk to. She took the time to address all of my concerns without rushing and asked thoughtful questions that helped uncover a few issues I wasn’t even aware of. I truly felt heard and cared for, which isn’t always easy to find in healthcare. I’m very pleased with my visit and feel confident moving forward with this practice.

I feel very happy and privileged to have the services of Dr. Thapar. She is always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Answers questions, doesn't make you feel she's in a rush to get to the next patient. If one treatment doesn't seem to be working she doesn't hesitate to try another. As busy as I know she is, she always endeavors to be there for her patient. I am grateful for her care.
