I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The majority of the staff are consistently rude, despite me always treating them with kindness and respect.
I kept returning solely because of my doctor, Dr. Ashitey, who I love. However, since she was booked until May, I had to see Dr. Jaiswal. After waiting an hour and a half, she dismissed my concerns as a mental issue rather than addressing them professionally. As a Black woman, this kind of dismissal in medical settings is unfortunately all too familiar.
When I pointed out that she had filled out my paperwork incorrectly, she denied it and sent nurses in to further dismiss me. One nurse was particularly unprofessional — redirecting the conversation to her own issues instead of addressing my concerns.
I will not be returning to this office. It’s a shame, because one great doctor shouldn’t be surrounded by this level of unprofessionalism.

Dr. Kemp is the best! She listens and never rushes her time with me. Her spirit is genuine and the care and attention she puts into making sure you know and understand everything is amazing. I appreciate her so very much and love her for caring for me and my mother.

Dr Ashitey is thorough, knowedgeable and explains medical issues in laymen’s terms. She’s one of the best kept secrets in Dallas. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. They offer a wide variety of services and have trained specialists. Great medical care.

I had a wonderful experience with Kelsey. She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Highly recommend for anyone looking for attentive care.
