My first visit was absolutely great! Dr.Ramirez made me feel so comfortable. She was very caring, listened to everything I had to say and was very thorough! Her MA Patricia was also great and very friendly. Will absolutely recommend Dr. Ramirez and the clinic to friends and family.

Dr. Randhawa is AMAZING - she always listens and validates my concerns and provides a plan of how to address my health needs. She gets 5 starts ever time I see her!
I saw 2 nurses today, both were nice but not friendly. I had a hard time hearing both of them and in addition to speaking softly they also spoke quickly. I honestly had no idea what they said the first or even the second time when I asked them to repeat themselves (2 stars).
I also waiting in the room, after bring called back, for an hour. A full hour! It's just ridiculous to be asked to arrive early to your appointment (which I did), to get call back to the rooms a few minutes after my appointment time (which is acceptable), got my vitals checked, then sat in a room by myself for a hour before the doctor arrived. After the doctor left, I was left waiting again for 30 minutes to be discharged (1 star).
