The PA was nice enough, not my usual doctor but she’s pretty attentive too. The king wait time wasn’t the best. I think all together I spent a little over 4.5-5 hours that u would normally be working, dealing with the office. It was a long wait to see the PA then a long wait to get test results back to see if I tested positive for Covid/strep/flu etc then pretty quick to get blood drawn, until I got a call when I got home saying they forgot to give me a page to give to the people who take the blood and to come back to have the rest of my blood taken and tested. So appointment started at 10 and I was getting my blood drawn the second time when my mandatory 2:30 meeting started. That’s not including travel time there and back. I go back bc I do feel like they are generally on it and ask the right questions. But I don’t think I can afford to take off that much time every time I get sick. Even the last time I went it took over 2 hours and that was just seeing the doctor without any blood or other tests.

I was able to see Dr. Niti R. and discuss about my asthma and not being able to inhale without stress. She ckd my texts done a day earlier at UTSW E.R. and she ckd my breathing and saw I was struggling. She prescribed my medications and a shot. I feel so much better today. I was able to be seen by your doctor and so grateful for that.

Dr Ramirez is one of the greatest Doctors I was recommended by a Doctor in San Antonio she listens and is open to hear my thoughts on my illness as well. She is a great GP, very knowledgeable and is willing to hear about new research not to dismiss and after she looks into our next visit she will give me her opinion. I only come to the practice for her your office policies sink shows you’re not there to care for the patients it’s just for the money. I never mind paying you my part but to text me before my visit 2 different times explaining you fees is not needed. Your requirements to be seen before a refill even though it can be either doing a tele a visit or in office for Maintance meds is not a normal practice. I could understand a new illness which would be the normal but to be seen monthly when I already see a rheumatologist, endocrinologist, hematologist, and go to an infusion center every 6weeks and work 40hrs a week to pay for health insurance

I love Dr. Dharma! So relatable and thorough. Asks great questions and cares about what you are concerned about for your health. Her medical assistants and medical students are delightful, as well! So excited to have a PCP who cares so much.

Checked in online so all I had to do when I got there was show my ID and sit down. Waited 5 minutes and was brought to a room. Ms. Tiffany , a NP, was very nice and thorough when asking me questions. This was my first visit.
She scheduled blood work and was done during my appointment. She referred me to a GI and hopefully will get in soon to do testing.
I really like this place so far .
