My visit went smoothly from check-in to the MA, receiving a warm welcome (very genuine), then the virtual medical assistant was a surprise to see when I walked in, but I’m open to it, and Angela was very attentive as we discussed options for my care. I left feeling better about my situation. It was a great customer service experience.
