I developed edema in spring of 2019. Since then is has become severe, developing lesions that drain requiring complicated bandages and lots of pain. This brought on the neuropathy and that wicked stabbing leg pain. I have collapsed with a near fatal case of sepsis. I am now diabetic and have had heart failure. I also just recently was fitted for hearing aids. I am 67 and this has been a terrifying crash landing into my elderly years. Dr. Reisch and Dr. Ashitay have saved me from paralyzing despair and hopelessness.
Their kind, respectful patience and vast knowledge has been better care than I have ever received from a health professional. My life is better because they are in it.
