When I arrive , I never had to wait more than a few minutes to be called in.Dr. Monica Ramirez takes the time to listen and the time to explain. She is kind and patient. She has taken great care of my health. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

I came in, the nurse was nice, and the assistant, I ordered my prescription, on Monday 7/31/23, today is 8/4/23, I get one of my prescription, CVS. Said, they have no other prescription s, it's rediculous, I'm missing, 3 prescriptions, and it's been 5 days, since the appointment. Now I have call in, and GRT stuck in the answering machine HELL, SMH

She is amazing! Listens well and is extremely sympathetic to my situation and life. Offers solid advice but does not push if I say no to something. She takes her time with you and goes at the pace I set. Excellent nurse practitioner!!!

Everyone is always nice and professional at the front desk.
The NP Tiffany was very efficient and she made me feel that she sincerely had an interest in my issues. She took her time and listened to me and didn’t rush off to the next patient.
