Dr. Dharma
Dr. Dharma has been in practice since 1999. She joined Dr. Clark after training with her for three years, while at the St. Paul Family Practice Program. Dr. Clark had been her mentor and role model.
Dr. Dharma was honored to takeover Dr. Clarks practice in 2003 when she retired. In 2005, the vision of family medicine came true for Dr. Dharma when she opened The Clark Family Medicine Center. There she is able to provide all the services of family medicine from pediatrics to geriatrics in a comfortable homely environment. Using cutting edge technology, she has set up an office to honor the old and keep up with the advancing front of medicine.
On a personal note, her husband Sanjay Parmuthy works in the finance department for Frito Lay. Her son Ketan and her daughter Anjali are the greatest joy in her life and she looks forward to continuing to grow her family at home and at work. She also loves the long-term relationships that she has with her patients. |

Dr. Sapna Jaiswal
Dr. “J” as her colleagues know her has been with Southwest Family Medicine Associates for some time now. She comes to us from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she did her residency. She is board certified in Family Medicine and she specializes in managing depression, diabetes, and hypertension.
Dr. Jaiswal really felt that she had found a home to give compassionate care to those who are really in need. She is a member of many medical organizations including Dallas County Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians, and American Medical Association to name a few.
On a personal note Dr. Jaiswal is married to Vilkesh who is a staff pathologist at Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.She is especially enjoying motherhood with her two daughters Aarushi and Anaya. |

Karana R. Fairley, M.D.
Dr. Fairley is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana and has five siblings, including an identical twin sister. She has 8 years of experience in the practice of full scope family medicine, having most recently had a private practice in Plano, Texas for 6 years. Her professional interests include behavioral medicine with a focus on office based counseling and life coaching. Dr. Fairley also has interests in nutritional medicine, as a major means of promoting optimal health and disease prevention, and in adolescent medicine. Accordingly, Dr. Fairley received training at the world renowned, Dallas based Cooper Institute with receipt of a certificate for providing dietary guidance to the general population. Her training has also included a tai chi course focused on balance training & falls prevention. She received her medical doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Her internship and residency training were completed at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, as part of the Urban Track training program. Her professional memberships have included American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Society. Dr. Fairley also speaks Spanish… ella se habla espanol!
Dr. Fairley has been happily married to her husband, Rudy, for over 10 years and has two wonderful children, Tye and Sanaa. She is an active member of her local church. Her hobbies & personal interests include roller skating, running, tai chi & yoga. |

Dr. Amina Allaudin
A mentor to Dr. Chrisette Dharma, Dr. Allaudin is a board certified family physician who has been in practice for over 19 years. She has worked in family practice, urgent care, and is extremely comfortable with minor surgical procedures. Dr. Allaudin believes that personal health involves three components which involve your mind, body and spirit; and all three must be nutured for total well being. Dr. Allaudin has worked with the physicians at SFMA sporadically over the last 10 years, but now has finally decided to join the practice.
Dr. Allaudin resides in Coppell with her family. She has two step children in college and one daughter in elementary school. |

Jessica Konvicka PA-C
SFMA would like to welcome our newest colleague Jessica Konvicka PA-C, to our practice. Jessica comes to our practice from UT Southwestern where she trained under Dr. Chrisette Dharma. Once she did her rotation with the clinic she new that this was the place for her. Although she enjoys all aspects of family practice Jessica really enjoys Women's Health and Wellness. Jessica is a native Texan from Hallettsville and her hobbies are running, cooking, and baking. |
